I am definitely attending this year's boot camp class. I had never attended a boot camp class before I attended Whole Fitness Training boot camp class last summer; I really enjoyed it. I have been working with Brendan for 3 months and have been impressed with the results. I decided to hire a personal trainer since I wasn’t comfortable working out in a gym. The workouts were customized to my fitness level and have been progressing each week. There are exercises that I would have never felt comfortable doing a few months ago that I am now able to do.
