Personal training also consists of nutrition and diet advice. Each session will consist of evaluating your food log against your goal. Whole Fitness Training helps their clients to fully appreciate what they take into their bodies by having clients keeping track of what they eat on a daily basis.
Flexibility and Stability are the first areas that we work on with our clients. Whole Fitness Training trainer will progress you through strength and endurance training both cardiovascular and muscular. Within weeks, you will begin seeing results such as more energy, handling stressful situations better and the loss of unwanted body fat. The challenge to meeting this results is staying with the plan and keeping motivated.
I come to your home or if you live in a condo/apartment with a fitness center in the following Virginia cities/town(s): Ashburn, Broadlands, Leesburg and Sterling.
Throughout your training, I will check-in with you outside of the training sessions.
I offer several different packages. A contract is required and payment for sessions must be received prior to the first session. Payment options can be discussed as well. Check, Cash or Paypal is accepted.
